Thanks. Take a look at safari support and see about the :not(:-webkit-fullscreen) selector, I'm not sure if I properly converted it |

This PR prepares the element for Polymer 2.0 by replacing
contentelements withslot.It also removes the dependency on
iron-iconsandav-iconsand packages it's own copies of the needed material icons instead.
